We  look forward to seeing as many members as possible at this important meeting.  It is vital that members take an active interest in club affairs so that the management committee can work in the best interest of members.  The AGM provides an opportunity to give us your views on all club related matters. After all the club belongs to all of our members and each and everyone one of us need to support the club in shaping its future.

WIMBLEDON DRAW ELIGABILITY – NEW RULES FOR JUNIORS!

In order to encourage you to attend the AGM we have kept the same eligibility rules as last year for the Wimbledon draw.  You will also need to have registered as a member of British Tennis by 31/1/12 and need to attend the AGM or return a proxy form.

For the first time our Juniors members over the age of 9 are now entitled  to enter the Wimbledon Draw without the need to attend the AGM as long as they are members of British Tennis by 31/1/12. Junior members who wish to enter the draw will have to sign-up at the club and nominate an adult proxy  to attend the draw night for them as tickets have to paid for on the night of the draw, (Junior Wimbledon Ticket Proxy Form to follow).  The same rules that are currently in place for our adult members winning tickets also apply to juniors.  These rules can be found on our website.

If you have conflicting interests on the above date please would you complete and return a proxy form, available from Reception.   Please note that the proxy form cannot be returned by email as this is not valid under the Articles of Association.
