Please note that the deadlines for the first round of matches are as follows. There will be no extensions granted to anyone for any reason so please do not ask for one:

Men’s Doubles, Men’s Singles 55+, Ladies 55+ Doubles & Men’s 55+ Doubles: 27th April
Ladies Singles, Ladies Doubles, Ladies 40+ Singles, Mixed Doubles & Mixed 55+ Doubles: 25th May

THAMES HOSPICE CHARITY TOURNAMENT

Join us for our first Charity Tournament of 2025!
This special event is held in memory of the incredible Kay Mustill, who helped build and support this club to make it into the magical place it is today. All funds raised from this event will be donated to the Thames Hospice Charity, who we support and thank for all their fantastic work.
What is it?
• Players will enter the tournament singularly
• Once entries close, the competition organisers will create pairs, and after each match you will be paired with a new partner - creating a fun, social environment for everyone to enjoy.
• We will be running this tournament as “mixed”, although not necessarily in the traditional sense….
• The number of games you win will be converted into points, and the top 2 players from each group will go through and play a final.
Timings & Prices
Entry is £20 per person.
This includes Lunch and a glass of wine from the bar.
The tournament will start promptly at 10am, so please arrive between 9:30am-9:45am to ensure maximum court time.
The on court action will finish no later than 12pm, will a short presentation held upstairs after this to announce the winners. Afterwards, we will hold the raffle and then lunch will be served.

WLTC "Have Your Say" AGM 2025

Join us for our Annual General Meeting on Thursday 13th February 2025.
The AGM will be held upstairs in the Mustill Bar
Members, please come and join us on Thursday 13th February from 7pm to 'Have Your Say' in our annual AGM. This is your opportunity to discuss any changes you would like to see for the coming year and ask the Committee any questions you may have. We will be serving cheese and wine on the night, as well as answering as many of your questions and concerns as we can.
Should you have any questions you wish to be addressed at the meeting, kindly email them to Beci: tennismanager@wltc.co.uk so that we can prepare them for you to be answered on the night.
