* Juniors must be under the age of 18 for this membership. As soon as the junior surpasses this age, they will automatically be moved to a young adult membership, and the fee increased to reflect this change

Please note that a joining fee of £150 applies to all membership categories except Junior and Young Adult categories. Membership can only be set up online. Membership is for a minimum of 12 months, after which time membership can be cancelled with one months’ notice by emailing tennismanager@wltc.co.uk

BENEFITS OF BEING A MEMBER AT WINDSOR LAWN TENNIS CLUB
Free use of outdoor courts. No charge for floodlights.
Discounted indoor court hire.
Priority booking up to 22 days in advance for indoor courts and up to 8 days for outdoor courts.
Playing with guests up to six times per year (paying the appropriate guest fee).
Preferential coaching rates with the Active Tennis coaching team.

WLTC MEMBERSHIP RULES
U13 MEMBERS
Using the outdoor courts – a parent, who is not a member of WLTC, can play with their child on the outdoor courts free of charge for an unlimited number of times during designated hours, Monday-Friday, 09:00-17:00.
Using the indoor courts – a parent, who is not a member of WLTC, can play with their child on the indoor courts up to 6 times in any 12 month period and must sign in at the bar. When booking the court, the child must tag 'Guest £4 per 30 minutes' for each 30 minute slot.
Bringing guests – U13 members can bring one guest per member (in addition to a parent) who must be tagged as 'Guest Junior £1 per 30 minutes' for each 30 minute slot. The guest can play at the club up to 6 times in any 12 month period.
ALL OTHER MEMBERSHIP CATEGORIES
Bringing Guests – Members can bring up to three guests per member who must sign in at the bar. All guests must be tagged on the booking sheet via mycourts at the time of booking, using the 'Guest £4 per 30 minutes' for each guest for every 30 minute slot. The guest can play at the club up to 6 times in any 12 month period.
MIDWEEK MEMBERS
Restricted playing hours – midweek members may only play at the club between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. They may play at the club as a guest of another member outside of these hours, but must be tagged on the booking sheet as 'Guest £4 per 30 minutes' for each 30 minute slot. They can play at the club as a guest up to 6 times in any 12 month period.
