Get drawing kids!Remembrance Sunday and the time around it gives us a chance to step back from our lives, and reflect on the sacrifice and contribution of British and Commonwealth military and civilian servicemen and servicewomen. All Things Tennis would like to help kids engage in this remembrance, by creating a competition for drawing a picture of anything Remembrance Sunday means to them. Any drawing entered into the competition will receive a free dampener of their choice to be collected from ATT and the drawing will be displayed in the shop for a week from Remembrance Sunday. What a fantastic afternoon of tennis we had today for our 2019 Generation Gap tournament. An increase in participants from last year, with 8 Junior/Adult pairs, and 5 Adult/Adult pairs. Pairs who entered all had an age gap of at least 20 years between them, making for a friendly competitive tournament which had some great matches played at a high standard.

Congratulations to this year’s winners and runners-up :

Adult/Adult -
Winners - Christopher Wood/Nicholas Wood
Runners-Up - Thuy Hoang/Peter Stephens

Junior/Adult -
Winners - Andrei Kozliar/Jarden Kozliar
Runners-Up - Victoria Kozliar/Arian Kozliar
(A fantastic final between a family of 4! The match went to a tiebreak at 6 games all and ended 8-6 in the tiebreak to Andrei and Jarden)

Thank you to all participants for playing, I hope you enjoyed the event.

Hopefully see you next year!
