New Class @ WLTC – Tennis FLEX

We are excited to be trialling a brand new flexibility and mobility class at WLTC. 

TENNIS FLEX – starting on Thursday 27th January at 10:30-11:15am.
This 4 week course will be led by Jill Huskisson, Personal Trainer & Fitness Coach specialising in strength and mobility.
Class Dates/ Time:
10:30-11:15am Thursdays –  27th January, 3rd February, 10th February, & 17th February
Where: Mustill Lounge – closed off area near patio doors
What you need: comfortable workout clothes (tennis kit is fine) and an exercise mat
Cost: Book before Sunday 23rd January for early bird price of £40. Bookings made after will be £52.00
